The Crushinator was always a broken card in the original Boss Monster set. I don't think this errata goes far enough to fix that issue (even with the multiple "Freeze" spells in the Boss Monster deck, giving your dungeon +10 damange by simply distroying one room is still too powerful). When my group plays, we tend to either use our custom deck, built out of a combination of all our Boss Monster cards (that doesn't include this card) or we just play using the Boss Monster set as it was printed, realizing that there is luck involved in the game anyway.
