The Sky Pirate Deckbuilding Pack contains full playsets of the rest of the Core set cards (2x each) not included in the Starter Pack, including an additional 2x of each Neutral card for a total of 212 cards. A full Core set is made up of one copy each of the Starter Pack and the Deckbuilding Pack.
