The Singularity Deck – Cosmos Full Set

The Singularity Deck is an infinitely expandable deck of playing cards that allows for an immense number of games to be played. With it you can enjoy old classics or invent new ones. Each set of cards associated with The Singularity Deck can be combined with other sets to create new and interesting card pairings. The card back design and suit icons have been made a part of the public domain allowing for anyone to design on top of the preexisting decks (find the link in my publisher description). Check out the bottom of the description for links to all of the other cards in the Singularity Deck.

The Singularity Deck - Cosmos Full Set contains six suits: Antimatter, Planets, Stars, Dark Matter, Dark Energy, and Asteroids. Each Suit contains all standard playing card ranks (A thru K) plus a few extras including an 11 & 12, a singularity card, a Tower card, and an Ω card. They each include three copies of the A-rank and one copy each of the other ranks, for a total of twenty cards (A,A,A,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,J,Q,K,T,Ω, and singularity) per suit.

Each suit begins with the alpha card and ends with the omega card, which depicts an earth wide catastrophe associated with each suit. The alpha cards can be put together to make a time-lapse of the earth’s rotation. The namesake card of the deck, the singularity card, is ranked both zero and infinity and stands outside of the other ranks.

The Singularity Deck - Cosmos Card Anatomy

The cards have secondary suits, called shields, which indicate suit pairings. Additionally, they have secondary dice ranks. The dice ranks are on cards ranked A-12 and repeat twice for each suit (for example, both the rank-6 card and the rank-12 card have a 6-pip dice). This allows for the deck to easily play games requiring duplicate ranks within each suit. It also means that each suit can function as a pair of dice.

Is there a "The Singularity Deck - COSMOS Second Edition"? I see the regular deck but the not a new second edition version?

Ces livres électroniques ont été créés physiquement en scannant les originaux et en utilisant les images obtenues pour faire les pages pdf. Chaque page est passée par un programme de reconnaissance optique ces caractères (OCR) afin d'essayer de déchiffrer le texte imprimé. Le résultat de ce procédé OCR est situé de manière invisible derrière l'image de chaque page scannée, pour permettre d'utiliser des recherches de texte. Cependant, un texte dans un livre donné sur un fond graphique ou avec des fontes manuelles ne sera probablement pas reconnu par le programme OCR, et ne sera donc pas pris en compte dans les recherches. Aussi certains livres imposants peuvent être redimensionnés pour correspondre au système, et peuvent ne pas avoir cette fonctionnalité de recherche de texte. La plupart des livres les plus vieux et en rupture d'impression sont dans le format images scannées.

Format électronique original
Ces livres électroniques ont été créé à partir des versions électroniques, et permettent donc d'utiliser pleinement la fonction recherche. De plus, la taille de leur fichier tend à être plus petite que celle des livres scannés. La plupart des livres récents sont dans le format électronique original.
