A Player aid for Mage: The Ascension, this 78-card Tarot deck is suitable for stand-alone use or in conjunction with chronicles and contains lavish, full-color art commissioned specifically for this deck.

Includes instructions on standard Tarot readings as well as using the cards as a Storytelling tool for chronicles.

Note, this is a recreation of the original deck using the print on demand options that are currently available.

While the paper and printing quality are great, the printing is slightly offset towards the bottom. It's not much, but it's enough to give it a cheap, knock-off feeling. In addition, be aware that the "Six of Questing" card has the wrong typography on it: one would expect to see the roman numeral "VI" on it, but instead, there's a zero "0" on it.

Other then that sad missing ingredient, it's amazing!

Agreed, the cards are great but I wish the instruction booklet had made it into the pack.

There should've been a PDB instruction book free to download with the purchase. If you didn't get one or want more information, look up tarot tutorials on YouTube, and the Mage deck is based on the Rider-Waite tarot, so if you're looking for symbolism and associations, you could use those interpretations; however, if you're only looking for in-game use, just make it up.

It's a great pity that the cost of shipping to the UK is actually more than the cost of the cards!
All the other Mage Books do not have such an outrageous shipping cost, so these are not for me I'm afraid.

Agreed. I decided to take the plunge on this and a few other card sets today, but after seeing the cost of shipping to the UK, I emptied my cart.

The cards are beautiful and the box is decent as well. The only complaint I have is there was a dent in the box from the packaging material used.
