Command the Power of the Underworld with Mictlantecuhtli, God of the Dead!

Embrace the eternal cycle of sacrifice and resurrection with Mictlantecuhtli, God of the Dead, a deck built for players who thrive on cunning battlefield control and devastating combos. This deck rewards those who can master the art of tactical sacrifices, summoning an unstoppable legion from the grave.

At the heart of the deck is Mictlantecuhtli, a powerful necromancer whose abilities let you manipulate life and death itself. Use Mictlan’s Fury to punish your opponents whenever your minions fall, or wield Call of the Forgotten to summon warriors from your deck or graveyard, ensuring your forces are never truly lost.

Mictlantecuhtli’s undead army is composed of Tzitzimitl skeleton warriors, each bringing unique tactical advantages. Tzitzimitl Eagle Warriors grow stronger when allies perish, while Tzitzimitl Dark Shamans bring the fallen back to your hand. With powerful relics and spells like Blood Sacrifice and Rise of the First Sun, you’ll dominate the battlefield with endless waves of resurrected minions.

Key Features:

  • Hero: Mictlantecuhtli, God of the Dead, with abilities that reward strategic sacrifices and relentless aggression.
  • Minions: A skeletal legion featuring Tzitzimitl Jaguar Warriors, Dark Shamans, and the legendary Gatekeeper of Mictlan, all designed to fuel your necromantic onslaught.
  • Magic: Devastating spells and artifacts, including Bloodletting, Skull Rack, and the mighty Pyramid of Sacrifice, which lets you trade weaker minions for powerful new allies.
  • Relics and Artifacts: Equip your warriors with relics like the Obsidian Blade to empower their attacks or use the Bloodstone Talisman to force brutal exchanges.

Are you ready to seize control of death itself? With Mictlantecuhtli’s deck, the graveyard is just another tool in your arsenal.

Structure Decks, Hero Sets, and Completion Sets

Structure Decks are ready-to-play 40-card decks, but they don’t include every card in the set.

If you want all cards, consider a Hero Set—it includes every card for a hero and is often cheaper, but it doesn’t come with a box, Lifeforce cards, or ruling cards.

To get everything, grab the Structure Deck + Completion Set. The Completion Set fills in the missing cards and includes an extra copy of the hero’s ability for easy reference.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
