This game is a small gem.
It offers very simple rules, but at the same time a good character customization.

I did not initially think a game that uses only a D6 could have enough mechanical depth to keep me engaged, but I have been completely blown away by True D6; it's a real, actual old school game system, not just "roll a dice and handwave stuff" like I was expecting. In fact, I bought up Kogarashi, Craving, and True D6 +1 the same day after reading through this book because I was just that impressed. I hope to see more supplements and other genres covered by this system because it's a real gem that I would like to stick with.

Its a P&P really fun and easy to play, Even with PDF reader you can play it with out problem. I would love a map editor or some way to custom your own maps (or simply more maps). Highly recommended!

A great RPG! The creator manages to get a true fantasy feeling into a D6. I really like the black jack mechanic. Roll under your stat, but the higher, the better.
To me the D20 die is too swingy. I prefer the D6. Everything that you need is in the D6 and it works!

Pros:
- easy to read font
- quick and easy character creation
- easy roll-under mechanic
- easy to customize (e.g. random attributes can be easily rolled 1d4 or 1d6-1, min 1)
- I like the rest mechanics with a single skill recovery during short rest
- I like the skill mechanics, especially use-until-fail skills look interesting
- quick conversion rules from d20 system are nice
- solo play tips
Cons:
- Nothing major
- text formatting: while not a huge flaw, the text would look more visually appealing if it was justified, instead of just aligned to the right. It is not something that impairs readability of the text though, just a minor nitpick on my part.

This strikes the perfect balance between being simple to learn and easy to use, but also being complex enough to support creative play and keep things interesting. I've run a few one-shots with my friends, using a one-page-dungeon generator, and it is incredibly easy to get through a whole dungeon in a couple of hours. They keep asking me to pull it out again!
I backed the kickstarter, and also the kickstarter for the PDF version, and although I haven't had the chance to do more than glance through that, it also has some extra rules for solo play, which I also find interesting.

I like this game. The rules are clean and simple with just a small bit of crunch. Its classic euro based fantasy. It has spell lists and a bestiary. The art is beautiful in both this game and Kogarashi (same author/ same game engine/ different setting). My intention is for this to be my fantasy solo game, as I am already running two other games for my group. Would love to see supplements for this game .

I was on a hunt for Samurai RPG's and looked at at least a dozen or more games. Kogarashi became my winner in the end.
I love it for being rules light, customizable martial classes, having more than just 4 classes, and non-Vancian/spell slot magic system (it is a skill check).
I also really love the ASCII inspired layout of the charts and graphs. That was fun to look at. However, the actual printed art is drop dead gorgeous. A few are anime with big eyes and small mouth, but they're highly detailed anime. Most are NOT anime, though.
The inclusion of a basic set of solo rules was the icing on the cake, and I often play rules lite games solo these days.
I HIGHLY recommend Kogarashi to anybody who likes Samurai, Ninjas, and Oni Demons as their game setting.

This rule set is exactly what you need to play with depth and speed. I use this with the one page solo engine and don’t need anything else to get going! I only wish there was a print option!

This is a pure gem in the d6 RPG world. I backed this on Kickstarter and I'm happy I did so. The creator put a lot of efforts and good idea in this d6 RPG system. I use it for solo play together with materials/tables from Table Fables 1+2 and Sandbox Creator. I love the skill and specialization system. This is currently my favorite RPG for solo play.
I know this RPG was intended to be presented in just a simple TXT file, but I wish the creator would just come up with a PDF version as I like to have a little booklet with me when I travel. I don't like using tables or smartphones for RPG play. Again, thank you for creating such a nice RPG.
