Seems the project has died halfway through fulfillment. no updates or answers to questions anymore. I expected better from an established digital artist.

4/5 only because the rocks look a little weird. I replaced them with a stone texture "crumpled" around styrofoam, but that was admittedly a lot more work. The sanctuary itself is awesome! Super atmospheric terrain, with excellent art.

Highly recommended for either tabletop, or photographing figures.

The Witch of Wydfield (Map)

My family loves terrain, minis, and maps. So the map for this was a big incentive for them to play. I spent a Christmas afternoon printing out the maps and gluing them to cardboard. I did the outside on one side (with flaps for secret areas) and the witch's lair on the other. Worked so fantastic that I really want to use it for something else now.

We augmented it all with some terrain my youngest 3D printed and some trees and other materials we bought from Michael's craft store.

Note: If you buy the Map and Adventure bundle you do not need to buy the map alone. But the Map and Adventure bundle is the only way to get the adventure now.

A while back I downloaded the adventure The Witch of Wydfield by Brave Halfling Publishing. It is a fun adventure and is designed for 0-level characters for Dungeon Crawl Classics. I used it as a "Session 0" with new B/X characters for the War of the Witch Queens. I'd love to put up a review of the adventure itself, but it is no longer available from DriveThruRPG. It is however still available if you download the Map Bundle.

This is a Level 0 Adventure for the Dungeon Crawl Classics RPG, something they call "the funnel" it is a great idea but I used it for B/X, handing out copies of the Moldvay Basic red book to all the players.

The adventure is pretty strait forward. It is a classic Hammer Horror-style Witch Hunt. Honestly, put on Rush's Witch Hunt or The Necromancer and you have the vibe perfectly.

There is one location, the witch's cabin. The monsters are her minions. We ran it all on cold winter's afternoon and evening. Kill the witch, save the girl, and collect the treasure.

The adventure is gritty DCC RPG which is a great start for me and this campaign.

As of 2022 and for a Linux system, there isn't a clue on how to use it.

Somewhat easy to build. Nice art. Good free product (it was free when I downloaded it).

Looks great! Fun to build, model very straightforward. I had no issues building it.

A bit difficult for my skills, but it is a GREAT model: perfect for the RPG I'm running. A learned a lot building this model.

This template is fantastic. Not only is it creative but has some technical usages that allow you to take a single product and change it's colors and 2d textures to estensibly give you multiple products. I was fortunate enough to be afforded this product from a free or pay what you want type sharing. I absolutely have been inspired to take a look at their other products. The only suggestion in terms of improvement on this particular product would be if you could toggle off all colors and textures to print off a clear transparent, line art type print for a blank more customizable personal touch on the consumer's part. Thanks for a great product, guys!

It's a beautifully designed map. My only problem is: the porch section of the roof (C) doesn't seem to fit into the main part - unless I'm doing something wrong. I cut the pieces out exactly as they're printed, but the pieces just don't fit. I'm making a 3D version of the house; I've got all the walls done, and the roof fits over them, nicely, but I'm stuck on the roof overhang. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

WOW. This set is AWESOME. Seriously, this is some high quality stuff. First off, please ignore the other negative review, as it is out of date and is based on the item not having instructions. This has been fixed. This set is really well put together. We are using this as set to populate a chamber for an "escape-room" style 1st level one-shot for some new players to 5e D&D. All of the textures and images look fantastic, and the instructions are easy to follow. This is going to look great on the table and will provide a very memorable gaming experience. Thanks!

I found this mill to be too small. And the construction method was too complicated for what it is.

I gave up and never finished it.
