Dear fellow "Sophisticates", I purchased this deck, both sets, and I highly recommend them. There cards have differences, regards morale and hand to hand combat, inherent in the cards as compared to the original Combat Patrol TM. The cards reflect the nuances of Jungle warfare , reflecting the tenacity of the Japanese soldiers morale and the differences in the environmemt. The Rule set variant is well done. To be clear, you need a copy of the base rules , and the free Pacific supplement to use the cards.
