The Safari Ship itself has more room for crew than the other 200-ton ships and has a very nice "momentum" ability that gives you a larger hand size and eventually lowers the amount of Victory Points you need to win. It's only real drawback is that it's Initiative is lower than the Free or Far Trader. "The Resonance Caves" is distant and requires Psionics to complete, so it's nothing special. "Star Tours" on the other hand is a decent mission, and the complication is one that hurts the player who tries to complete it. "Rufus Bartle" is a very cheap way to add combat crew to your deck - he is 0 cost and takes no crew space because he has the Trifling trait. Finally, "Precedence Highport" is basically a way to turn basic capability tokens into advanced capability tokens. Not bad, but maybe not the best choice to fill your Locale slot. All in all this is a pretty solid addition to the game.
