I mostly play solo and I did not enjoy the app. I was debating selling my game as it did not present the nostalgic gameplay I remembered from decades ago. I took the chance with the AxianQuest decks and I am overjoyed that I did as the play style reinvigorated that nostalgia. I am so happy with this system as the cards blend with the game so well.

This pack adds some much needed suspense while the heroes are wandering around with no monsters on the board. Great way to keep Zargon having an actual turn after the heroes. Very easy to incorporate into existing games as well as homebrew.

This is our second AxianQuest deck we have incorporated into our house rules and so far it has been great. We are on our 3rd expansion and the Heros are quite powerful. I have been adding extra monsters and monster abilities to try to level the field, but this deck is an easy way to make them think twice about burning a full turn to heal/buff or stack up on a door a specific way. They have drawn some of the good items from this deck so they are also on board with this addition. Looking forward to them getting some artifacts from the other decks and introducing the Astral Hunter.
