Great quality cards, bit of a shame that the "digitally signed" versions have the signature over the card text, making them not ideal for people who want to use them but don't have the brain power to remember what the cards do without reading the text box.

This is a thematic and easy to integrate suppliment for Heroquest. The graphic design is spot on to the 2021 remake of the board game. It offers level and class choice advancements for the heroes, adding depth to each character choice. Card draws are used to assign experience points per monster kill, and while fun I see that aspect of the system as optional. Also can be used seamlessly with the game's companion app, and these hero enhancements can be balanced with the monster difficulty options controlled by the app. I would absolutely love to see this developer create even more classes and skills!...

I mostly play solo and I did not enjoy the app. I was debating selling my game as it did not present the nostalgic gameplay I remembered from decades ago. I took the chance with the AxianQuest decks and I am overjoyed that I did as the play style reinvigorated that nostalgia. I am so happy with this system as the cards blend with the game so well.

I bought the catch up bundle. These are great. You will read elsewhere that the Infinite Dungeon deck has small print. This is true but it is worth the eye strain and if you need a magnifying glass then you will look like a real dungeon explorer. If they could be made a bit large it would help though. Over all a great addition to a dungeon crawl.

These cards are what I would have made myself. They give great replay value. The print is small so maybe a bigger card would be better.
Combining these with the other cards should make for some interesting games.

These cards are great to layout zone style maps quickly. There is a large variety of rooms and passageways in volume 1. The art on the cards is well done. Can't recommend these enough, cheaper and more versatile than regular battle maps. I'd like to see more card sets in the series. Forests, caverns and villages would be perfect.
